This Week Has Flown By

Hola Familia!

Ay this week has flown by, i cant belive its already half way through october already. Soon we will be out of here, and we are VERY excited.
well this has been a pretty good week, not much new just our roomates left, and now our room is quiet, and we can get to bed on time for once. yesterday was probably the best day of the week, we started it off with some Ok volleyball, and right after we had our extra TRC session, it went so good, we taught lesson 3 which we had never taught and before we knew it the time was up. Right after that we had class and did our studying. Well during Comp study, me and Elder Schultz were reading, and 3 Hermanas came up to us, and asked us if we could give one of them a blessing because she was feeling enfermo. So we gave her a blessing, and later on in the day we saw her, and she said she was all better. It was a great experience.

My favorite things to do at the MTC are study, and play volleyball. My favorite meal here is either the Navajo tacos or pizza days, with papa johns pizza. I havnt heard from lindsey, emily, or valerie for a while. Could you tell them to write me, the only letters i recieve each week is the one from you. And you can tell hillary, dad, that she can send me Letters through dearelder.com if she wants, as well as a letter with all of you. Its faster and cheaper, and she can send one ever day if she wanted to.... or if she had time, she sounds like a busy buzzard.

In Class we just learned Subjunctive Conjugations. Things like “If I were rich, I would give lots of money to the poor.” – that's the subjunctive, except it's all in Spanish. At first i didnt get when to use it, but now i am much better, i even used it in my new leccion plan. One of our district goals is to teach a leccion (one or more principles) a day. And so far we have done that, it really helps my Espanol.

Tuesday we had Bishop Richard Edgley come for the devotional, and he gave a really good talk. Me and another elder in my district sang in the chior, i sang tener, and i wasnt used to all the high singing, but it was fun, i hope we get an member of the Twelve to come speak to us before we leave.

After this coming monday we will be the 2nd oldest district in our Zone, which is pretty exciting.

That baby shower sounded fun. send me pictures of those dos ninas when they come.

Well i cant think of anything else to write. I cant wait to get out to Arizona. For how good the MTC is, everybody wants to get to the Field. Well im learning alot, the gift of tongues is real. We must have faith to be succesful, and to see changes come in our lives, and in the lives of the people we will teach. Keep having a great week!
