Two Weeks Left

Dear Familia OH wow time is going by fast!!  3 weeks sounded like a lot.  But 2 weeks sounds like nothing.  Its going by SOOO fast.   Well we had the zone leaders come to our area for district meeting... and then after we did a blitz and knocked an area with all 4 of us.  I went with Elder Schultz, it was pretty fun being with him, just like the MTC days.  We didnt find any new investigators, but we did knock the door of a lady who is a member, and hasnt been to church for 30 years.  we invited her back, and she said she didnt have a Book of Mormon, so we gave her a new one. It was a fun day.   

We went to Denny's and had unlimited hot chocolate. It was goooood! Weve been teaching Danny, and his dad, Dan.  and we set a baptismal date with his dad, although the date is after i leave, its still nice seeing them learn together as a family.  They didnt make it to church though, so we still need to work with them alot.  they want to learn alot.  Danny has a ton of questions, and usually arent with the topic.  SO its fun keeping him on topic...he does understand alot though.   Its been great teachign them.   I've been organinzing all my stuff for when i pack.  and i will be sending a package with all my books, and papers soon.  So expect that either this week or next week.  i cant belive its the end. .

this is my view from my bed of the legendary tie wall. the zone leaders atacked it when they came over. they started looking at the ties and claiming some. so i had to give them several ties. But they deserved them. Dad wants me to bring some home for him. Don't worry. I'll bring lots! Dad asked what the reaction has been to the national news program about the Church that was on TV this past Thursday night. We have really only heard the reation from members.

We drove up to D-hill to take some pictures.  and its pretty close to the border so our car was being watched by the border patrol.  well we left, and while we were heading back we were on a dirt road heading to the main road, we saw a BP truck heading to where the roads met up, he was slowing down, so we knew they were waiting for us.  So when we turned and went past them...they saw that we wernt "suspicios people"  and just drove off the other way.  They were just doing their job, but it did get my heart beating faster.  its just an anoyance when they pull you over, even when you are not what they are looking for.  Well thats about it.  Im excited for these last 2 weeks.  my dreams last night were about all of my neices and nephews.  Love elder Loveless.
