Well, we got transfer calls on Sunday night. I wasn't at all sure what would happen, I was almost sure I would be leaving since ive been in this branch for nearly 7 months! But we waited for the call it finally came around 9:45 and I'm going to....................................................STAY! and so is Elder Halvorsen.....so why did we get a call? Presidente called me to be a district leader over our district! Crazy! I know, i didnt really see it coming. (Interjection from Elder Loveless' Dad: He was only invited to attend the DL/ZL training last week!) But they also split our zone, they now made it into the Tucson South Zone, instead of the Sahuarita Zone. Its a full Spanish Zone. The only one in the mission and all of our trainings will be in Spanish, and things like that. It includes the Nogales Ward, our Sahuaro Branch, and also the Los Reales Branch. which in total is 18 missionaries. I'm kinda scared to train in Spanish though. But it will be alright.

Other than that, the other news isn't great... Jose is moving out of our area, and into the Los Reales area, so we will be passing him off. Presidente killpack made a promise to us, that if we are faithful and diligent, doing everything we can to teach and find, that we will have a baptism every month. So...that means we've got to work harder, October's almost half done, and we have nobody lined up for a baptism. SO We are going to have to step it up.

Felicitas went to Italy for 3 months, so she wont be back until January. Her son is in the army there, and they just had a baby, so shes going to visit.

At our training on thursday, they talked about changing the culture of the mission, by being a more Obedient mission, and not having it be cool to be disobedient. SO... me and Elder Santana talked with the district about it, and then the next day. Elder Johnston and Elder Lund, made some companion goals, and also made "propaganda" for their house, They made a sign that says "its cool to be obedient" and another that had a tombstone, and it said "RIP disobedience, 10/6/2011 hated by all who knew him" My own propaganda poster says, “Disobedience is NOT an Option.” Pretty fun stuff, but we've been seeing the blessings of our further obedience, and diligence. It's awesome to see these changes. Elder Santana was made a zone leader in Tucson, and his greeny is taking over his area now. It's an awesome district. all hard workers, and we are going to see miracles this transfer.
