Feliz Navidad!

Dear Family

This week has been good.... alot of our investigators went to Mexico this week end for Christmas so we dont have much to do.

We discovered this place called U-swirl, its a frozen yogurt place, and it got us addicted. We go pretty often. They also give missionaries half off so that makes it worth it.

The sisters in our district had a baptism, they asked me to baptize her, it was a really good experience. Ive only been the one performing the baptism for 2 people during my mission so far. So that was really nice.

i might have already written about this, but incase i didnt....every Wendsday we play soccer against the branch members. its our team of 4 missionaries vs other teams of 4. They are so good, so we get beat alot. but last week we were doing really good. im the goalie. and im getting alot better. its really fun

So heres a really fun story for you... Elder loveless once found a ring of power. well actually it was only a ring he found on the ground while knocking 3 months ago. The ring has a Big R on it and 2 virgin marys. he put this ring into his box of treasures and forgot about it for many months. Until one day he was putting a peso into his box of rarities. And he decided to look at the ring. He noticed on the band of the ring was written 14K. he wondered what that ment :) he soon remembered that that meant it was gold! so he decided to take the ring and see how much he could sell it for, becasue why would and elder need a Ring with virgin marys on it? He found out it was worth many dollars. and so he sold the ring. It was worth $125 :) he put the money into his jar of money found on his mission. Tripling the value. :) The END

It was a fun journey, i dont know what im going to do with the money. probably just save it until college.

Well thats about all this week. We also had a really fun Christmas party, we helped set up the banisters over the gym. Then we had tamales, and menudo (i didnt eat the menudo, which is cow stomach....sounds yummy) Santa was even there!

I am really excited to hear that my cousin, Alex got his mission call to Bogata, Colombia. He leaves March 21st.

Well im really excited to call home this weekend. i cant wait to talk to ya'll!

Love Elder loveless
