Good News!

Hey fam

So we've had an awesome week, but it didn't start out that way. Tuesday we had 7 lessons planned....and EVERY one fell through! even our dinner. :) So we were in bad moods, and hungry! SO we went to In and Out Burger. and that was good. (its just down the street from our apartment) Wednesday i gave my very first baptismal interview to one of the Zone leaders investigators, he is REALLY ready for baptism. On Thursday i went on an exchange with the Zone leaders, it was my first time going to a zone leader area. We were on the University of Arizona campus, it felt a lot like BYU. That day felt really long, because elder Johnson who i was with, accidentally locked the keys in the car, so we had to go with the APs (who happened to arrive right then) to the mission office. But we got all of that straitened out and had some really good lessons. Friday we had another good day. I gave another Baptismal interview to the sisters in my district investigator. She was really ready too for baptism, She has seen Tons of miracles in her life in the last few months, and she knew it was preparing her for baptism. Shes getting baptized next week.

So what about my investigators? WELL Rosalva and Terecita went to Mexico To go Mineral hunting (they get minerals and then sell them) And they have been there this whole week, so hopefully they come back soon, once they do, they will be baptized within 3 weeks. We have an investigator named Luz, that we are teaching, We have been able to go over every day fro the last few days. shes really ready, and her baptismal date is for the 7th of January (the New year already) she just needs to come to church, and receive a stronger testimony, but she is very awesome, and very prepared. She also asked her kids if they wanted to go to church with her. They didn't come this last Sunday, but it was a weird week where we had to go to a building really far away. And our next investigator Angelica, SHe came to church yesterday, and is going to get baptized THIS week end. this was her 3rd time to church, and she's ready. all she needs is the interview which will be great. We asked her if she feels ready, She said she did. but nervous. Were really excited to have another baptism. This one kinda snuck up on us. Were going to make it awesome!

Well Thats about it as far as news. and stuff, IM really Excited for Christmas... Its in only a few weeks. Elder Tolman found a Bing Crosby Christmas CD at the swap-meet for a dollar. So weve been listening to that all week, its pretty good.

I got your package, the goodies were good, and i liked the tie, The day before we were looking for Christmas CDs at the dollar store, and i found a monstrous christmas stocking.
