Week of the Elipse

Dear family. well this week was good. elder lund got a bit sick for a few days, but hes better now. We have been working with Fernando and his wife Angelita a ton (as can be expected). we are hoping they will get baptised this week, but it looks like it might go next week. I asked her if she thought she could plan a wedding in 3 days, she said yeah i think so. Hahah, it wont be too bad, They want to get baptised right after the wedding too. SO we are hoping everything works out well with them this week.
We ate over there yesterday, and had Hambergers, they were so good. i crave them right now. we also ate tamales at their house. They make the best food... and somehow im still losing weight with all of it. (like with mom and dad's set point) So im glad. The summer is upon us. It's ten thousand degress out side! and we are walkign around and biking in it all, The car is actually hotter, right when you get it, it feels like 120 degries. But im actually doing well it in. I cant belive its almost my birthday, and that a year ago i was celebrating it in sunsites with marcia and her husband. That feels like ages ago, and i guess it is, because ive been in somany different places since then. I dont really know what to think about turning 21 thats crazy, i still feel 19! So right next to our house is a goodwill. its a by the pound goodwill, so everything is really cheap, and you can get alot for a dollar. (hillary would love it) there are some treasures, but also alot of junk, it feels like digging through garbage, but all we look for are ties. they travel in packs, and when you find a group of them they have no where to run, so we take them. We call them pelts, and the amount we buy we call the Loot. the other day we went by, and the employees, gave us a big basket of ties right at the doorr, they know what we wanted! then we found some more, and sorted out all the ugly ones, and then took them home. we put them on the couch to see our prizes. 60 or so ties, and we each took turns picking them out. We both got pretty good ones, and elder Lund doesnt want all the ties, so he gives me the excess. which is alot. its very cheap. and im am sure i have the most ties in the mission. (although you really cant wear that many ties. but i have many good ones that i do wear) its very fun. Today we went there before emailing. And we found a ton. I have pictures too. i think its like 30 or 40 ties for 2 dollars. its awesome.
There was a solar eclips yesterday. we were leaving dinner and fernando asked me " is that an eclips?" i was getting blinded by the sun looking at it so i told him i didnt think so. So then we left, and as we were riding down the street, we looked at it, and i had my glasses on. and it was an eclips, SO i got some pictures. there are darker then it really was, becaseu it was very brite, Then i called fernando and told him it really was an eclips, an he said (in english) " I told you!" so that was fun.
Everything is going great. I dont need ties for my birthday, so dont send me those :) I have plenty. thanks for the letter Lindsey i really like it, and the pictures. Keep beign the best family in the world. i cant wait to see you all Love Elder Loveless.
