Trust In The Lord

¡Querido Familia!

The MTC is going great the language is coming ok. I don't understand some of the grammer principles, but i'm getting there. And i just need to memorize words and make my vocabulary larger. So i'm going to be working extra hard on that this week.

My teachers are Hermano Cleek and Hermana Truman. I would say i have enjoyed learning the language, and the district, so far. We had our TRC this Monday (Training Resource Center) and it went very well, earlier that day me and Elder Schultz were teaching the first lesson in english, and it didn't go very well, we kept backtraking in the lesson, and wanting to hit points that we missed. Then we decided after that lesson, not to backtrack. We really learned alot about how we teach, and how to flow. So at the TRC we did our contacting people in Spanish, and the first lady i didnt really understand one word she said, but then the next 2 people were better. The last lady we contacted is the one we taught the first lesson to in Ingles, and it went very well, we didnt even get to finish, because our teacher came in right when we were talking about the Book of Mormon.

We got to go to the temple today, that was really great. And this week our District set a goal to bear our testimonies to 300 companionships, So we have done that, its 50 a comp, and we got alittle behind so yesterday we had to get 17 more people.

Ive learned a lot about my self, and about my pace of learning things. I know that we cant do anything alone, we have to have the spirit with us, and we have to trust in the Lord that we can learn things in such a short amount of time. It's a great experience.

Well I've gotta get my laundry :) The Spanish is going well (could be better, but i just gotta be patient) and my companion is great.
