Hey family.
This week went by really fast. i went on an exchange with Elder Foote in his area. and all we did was bike like 15 miles. It was a ton of biking, but i didnt die. I guess i still am alittle used to biking. I was using some bike that was a piece of junk, and it sounded like it would fall apart, next time i will ride my bike. Its way nice!
We've been way busy looking for investigators and progressing the ones we have. its been hard, because sometimes they arnt at home....
We had a good lesson with Luz, we asked her what receiving an answer to the Book of Mormon means to her, and she said that it would mean that what we are teaching is true. so she knows what she needs to do, she just needs to do it! Right now her baptsm date is set for February 11th, but she needs to come to Church first.
we made pizza at another members house. they turned out really well! we only made 4 this time though, not 8 like the last time!
im doing pretty good, some days are hard, but i feel that now we are moving forward in the right direction.
yesterday we had a guy at church, who weve been teaching for a bit. He is up and down, so we arnt sure how sincere he is sometimes. His wife is a recent convert, and right now he really wants to come to chruch and learn more. So i hope he stays like that!
Rosalva and terecita are still working alot, but we see them once a week, and they are doing great, they have already read most of the Book of Mormon, but right now they are just busy with work. So i hope they will start to come back to chruch, Their work ends at the beging of february. then we WILL see them baptised!
The work is going good. Spanish is great, i understand pretty much everything. sometimes there are a few words that i dont even know. Im reading the New Testement right now in Spanish, and i am all the way in Juan now. Its pretty easy to understand when i read.
Dad asked some questions about what non members ask us about Mitt Romney and what we say when they ask if we are the same Church as him. We just smile, and say yes. But we really dont know anything about the elections, or for that matter, anything in the news. We just arent able to say if we are voting for him or not.
We went to the satellite fireside last night for the 100th anniversary of seminary. It was pretty good.
well thats about it... we are going to the temple next week, so its been about 3 months. Im excited.
I love this branch, the members are great here!
have an awesome week! thanks for the prayers, and the encouragement!
Love Elder William Loveless.
